Postdoc Dashboard
Dashboard features for postdoctoral researchers, including publication pipeline and career preparation tools.
Postdoc Dashboard
The Postdoc dashboard is tailored for early-career researchers who are balancing active research, publications, funding applications, and career planning. It emphasizes research output tracking and opportunities for growth.
Dashboard Panels
Research Output
A summary of your scholarly work over the current year: papers published, papers under review, conference presentations, and preprints. A small chart shows your output trend compared to previous periods, helping you gauge productivity at a glance.
Publication Pipeline
This panel visualizes every manuscript you are involved with, organized by status: Drafting, Internal Review, Submitted, Under Review, Revision, and Accepted. Drag manuscripts between columns to update their status, or click to open the full document view.

Funding Applications
A tracker for fellowship and grant applications. Each entry includes the funding body, program name, deadline, and current status. You can link applications to projects so that supporting documents are easy to find when preparing submissions.
Collaboration Opportunities
AcaTrove surfaces potential collaborators based on overlapping research interests and shared project memberships. This panel lists suggested researchers along with their institution, recent publications, and a relevance score. You can send a collaboration request directly from the panel.
Career Preparation
Resources and deadlines related to your next career step: faculty job postings, industry positions, teaching statement templates, and research statement guides. Items are filtered by your stated career interests, which you can update in Settings > Profile.
Recommended Workflows
- Publication tracking -- Move manuscripts through the pipeline board as their status changes. This keeps your CV-ready publication list accurate and up to date.
- Funding calendar -- At the start of each quarter, review Funding Applications and add any new opportunities. Set reminders so you begin drafting well before deadlines.
- Networking -- Check Collaboration Opportunities monthly. Early-career collaborations often lead to co-PI relationships on future grants.
